This site is to share some of the rudimentary knowledge of home brewing that I've acquired over the last several years. I started by brewing premade kits that are available just about anywhere to great success. After a few of these I began taking an interest in formulating my own recipes from various combinations of hops, malts, yeast, specialty grains and other household ingredients.
I'm still a newbie at all of this and due to space constraints I haven't taken the ultimate plunge to all-grain brewing so the majority of information contained here deals with extracts and partial mash brewing.
